A Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) is a licensed advanced practice nurse who specializes in mental health. PMHNPs can evaluate, diagnose, and treat mental health conditions, provide therapy, and prescribe medications when needed.

What services do you provide?

We offer comprehensive mental health services, including:

  • Ongoing mental health care and follow-up visits

Do you only treat with medications?

No. While medications can be helpful for some, our approach is person-centered— we look at the whole picture and focus on your individual needs. We integrate therapy, lifestyle recommendations, and other supports alongside or instead of medication, depending on your goals.

Who do you treat?

We provide care for adolescents (16+) and adults experiencing:

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

  • Adjustment disorders

  • Mood changes related to stress or illness

  • Emotional challenges during life transitions

  • Cancer

Do you accept insurance?

Yes. We accept most major insurance.

What are your self-pay fees?

Initial psychiatric evaluation (90 min): $350

Follow-up visits (60 min): $225

Medication refill visit (15-30 min): $175

Do I have to live in a certain state to receive services?

Yes. We are only able to provide services to patients living in Arizona. However, we will be adding additional states soon.
